I am an independent, professional, “hands on” leader with 30 years + of operational experience in Supply chain (End to end). I have a burning desire to support businesses to grow their Supply Chain Networks, control their warehouse and transport operations and Inventory in a simple, practical and sustainable way.
I have spent the past 10 years in Asia and currently live in Vietnam supporting and coaching teams to become successful while balancing plans for growth with optimizing costs.
Projects In Asia
I am currently looking to take on new projects in Asia and I specialize in fixing underperforming warehouses and transport operations, improvement plans and controlling Inventory in a way that optimizes space and costs.
In the past I have worked for some excellent businesses and have learned how to leverage my knowledge of simple processes and S.O.P.s that help operations to flow, using “one touch” replenishment principles and optimizing available resources.
